Meetings Beyond the Ordinary
Our modern conference floor is designed in Scandinavian style, featuring furniture and lighting from local suppliers such as Ateljé Lyktan and Blå Station. We offer five meeting rooms and three breakout rooms accommodating up to 150 guests. All meeting rooms are equipped with modern technology. Our spacious conference balcony, with panoramic views over Hanö Bay, is perfect for coffee breaks, networking – or even a yoga session.

We provide everything you need, whether for a single meeting, a day conference, or multi-day conferences with accommodation. Our conference rooms are available in various sizes and are all equipped with modern technology. The largest room accommodates up to 150 guests, ideal for larger gatherings or events. We know that food plays an essential role in any successful conference – and with us, you will not be disappointed. From breakfast and lunch to afternoon refreshments and dinner, our meals are thoughtfully prepared to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Our Tips for Successful Meetings
- Remember to schedule mobile-free breaks in your agenda so participants can stay present during meetings – as well as during relationship-building coffee and lunch breaks.
- Why not make the bus journey part of the conference experience? Prepare participants by introducing a theme in advance, combine the return trip with a lunch-to-go while screening a film recorded during the event, or use our event app for quizzes and push notifications with tasks and challenges throughout the journey.
